However, when you find yourself in the whirl of assignments, do not forget to spend your free time in the right way. For example, meditate, go for a walk or have a cup of tea with your second half. Using time-managing tips does not mean that you need to become a machine that performs assigned tasks only. Your family, your loved ones should be an important part of your life, bringing joy to the everyday routine. So, no matter where in the world you are, when you have a few minutes, you may spend them talking to your family and not glued to your planning gadgets.

For example, your mom is calling and telling you some special news which you should definitely share with her right at the moment. This issue may be so important to you that you are ready to cancel all other things just to focus on it, and to try to find a positive solution, because your family (if it is connected with your nearest and dearest) is your top priority. So, you will hold the balance between major and minor aspects of your life, always knowing in favor of what you can give up the plan, and in favor of what you cannot.

Step 4: Make Every Day Special

Try something new. Variety makes life brighter and more surprising, while the monotonous routine is killing us slowly. There is always a space for innovation; there is always the opportunity to try something for the first time, so this day can definitely be different from all other days.

Live in the real world. Turn off the television (or computer) and go for a walk. Communicate with the outer world and people who live in it. Make new friends, admire the nature, enjoy simple things. Just watch your life giving you the best it has. Admiring these things will strongly influence your life perception and your time-managing as well. Only peaceful mind can boast of balance, especially in a time schedule.

Do not procrastinate. If you have always wanted to do something, today is the day to do it. Today is also the perfect day to finish what you have started. The less “tails” you have, the easier it is to live. Life is short, so value it.

Step 5: Enjoy!

Of course, as we said, being a machine working for a schedule is a hard thing to do. You are a human being, so it is natural to get tired, exhausted or depressed. Have some time for fun and relaxation, just for doing what you like or for something that takes away your stress.

Take a bath, dance or sing. Eventually, you will feel more energetic to complete the tasks from your list. It is not always about performing, but also about enjoying the planning process. Feel free to control your time without letting your time control you!
